What we do, in detail

Four services spanning development and the management of completed property.

Program 01 · Honest numbers first

Site appraisal & acquisition

An appraisal is only useful if it's pessimistic enough to survive contact with a planning officer and a contractor's tender. We assess use, constraints and likely planning position, build costs with contingency that reflects the building's age, and say when a site doesn't work.

Program 02 · From drawings to completion

Development management

We appoint and coordinate the professional team — architect, engineer, surveyor, solicitor — hold the programme and budget, and manage the contractor through to completion. Statutory approvals and CDM duties are handled at the right point rather than retrofitted.

Program 03 · On a fee or contract basis

Property management

Management on a fee basis for owners who don't want to run a property themselves: letting it, collecting rent, handling repairs and keeping safety compliance current. Client money is held in a client account and we are a member of a government-approved redress scheme.
